Looking for a fun, active, and educational day out for your students? Our School Group Surf Sessions at Strandhill Surf School are a great way to get students outdoors, learning new skills, and enjoying the ocean in a safe and structured environment.

We offer reduced group rates for schools — simply contact us directly to find out pricing and availability. Our experienced, fully qualified instructors can cater for large groups, and all sessions are fully supervised with a strong focus on safety, inclusion, and fun.

WHATS INCLUDED

Large groups? No problem

For bigger school groups, we offer the option to split the session: while one half of the group surfs, the other can enjoy a guided walking tour around Strandhill, taking in local landmarks, history, and scenic views — then swap over. It’s a great way to keep everyone engaged and active throughout the visit.

Where do we meet?

Meeting Point for Surf Lessons is at Strandhill Surf School on Strandhill beach front. Our premises is the last building on the right hand side of the main road that leads to the beach. Two doors down from The Strand Bar.

Is equipment included?

Yes, all necessary equipment is included. All you will need to bring is a towel and swimwear.

Are there changing facilities?

Yes, changing facilities with hot showers and toilets are available on site. All belongings can also be stored securely at the Surf School while you are on your Surf lesson.

Is a deposit required?

Deposits are required for groups of 6+ people.
